Talk about a big, fat coincidence!
On their way to rehearsal for OPRAH’s Surprise Spectacular, braying bully-gal ROSIE O’DONNELL and bombastic windbag DR. PHIL MCGRAW boarded the same elevator, and Rosie instantly started giving him tips on how to deliver his lines in an on-air bit they’d be doing together.
“Come on, let’s try it now,” barked Rosie – but Texas Phil, making it clear that she wasn’t dealing with no dang amateur, just stared her down and drawled coolly: “It’s not my first time at the rodeo!”…Yee-HAW!…
Said a show source: “Rosie was stunned – she didn’t know what the hell his problem was! To say the air became icy in that elevator is an understatement.” And it got worse!
“During the rehearsal, Dr. Phil started ad-libbing and changing lines,” said the source.
“Rosie couldn’t believe it, and kept saying it really threw her for a loop.”
