Edward Furlong, the kid from Terminator 2 and star of the more recent American History X, has gone the way of many a young Hollywood star, into the world of drug addiction and rehab.
The now 23-year-old Furlong has had a tough time since his early Terminator 2 role. He moved in with his acting tutor, Jackie Domac — who is 12 years older than he is — at the age of 14. After their breakup, Domac took Furlong to court requesting 15 percent of his earnings, citing abuse and breach of contract. She has remained a part of his life, however, trying to convince him to go back to rehab after a relapse into drug and alcohol abuse.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Furlong wanted to get high one more time before admitting himself into a rehab facility, so his friends smuggled drugs to his bedside. The report continues to say that he was found unconscious in a pool of his own vomit and was rushed to a New York hospital.
