PUFFY CHILD SUPPORT CASE SETTLED

Although the papers won’t be officially signed until Friday, Sean “Puffy” Combs and Kim Porter have come to an agreement concerning support for their son, 3-year-old Christian Casey Combs.

“I believe the matter is settled,” said Porter’s lawyer Suzanne Bracker. “We have a gentleman’s agreement.”

Under the previous settlement, Combs was paying Porter $11,000 per month in support. The details of the new agreement are being kept private, but it has been reported that the settlement will provide support for baby Puffy until he is 21 years old.

“The terms of the settlement are private,” said Combs in a statement. “The welfare of my children is always my first priority, and whatever I have, they have.”

Puffy is scheduled back in court on March 4 to finalize the decision.
