Backstreet Boy Nick Carter was into an three-month alcohol treatment program following his March arrest for drunk driving. Nick pleaded guilty faces $1,200 in fines, three years of informal probation and restricted driving privileges for 90 days. According to his publicist, Nick claims he was on prescription medication at the time “and was unaware of its interaction possibilities.”
