According to reports, Jermaine Jackson plans to open a 1,400-room resort and casino in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The reported $560 million venture is proposed to reside in Robin Bay, on the east end of St. Croix, said Lt. Gov. Vargrave Richards.

Richards added that Jackson is partnered with Curtis Robinson, a Connecticut developer, and that construction is pending while they arrange for further funding.
