A man accused of murder was cleared of the charges because he happened to be in the right place at the right time. Police didn’t buy the suspect’s story that he was at a Dodger’s game with his daughter at the time of the crime until he popped up on footage shot that night for the HBO comedy series, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
