The homeless man who allegedly broke into Jennifer Aniston‘s beach house last week pleaded not guilty to a burglary charge. David Hesterbey faces first-degree burglary and petty theft charges according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. He is being held on $70,000 bail and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7. Jen also filed a petition against Hesterbey for a temporary restraining order which would bar him from contacting her.
