The woman accused of kidnapping Elizabeth Smart is a step closer to facing justice. Doctors say Wanda Barzee, could be competent enough to stand trial if she takes medication. She says God talks to her through her TV. Barzee, 59, and estranged husband Brian Mitchell, 52, are accused of abducting Elizabeth, then 14, from her Ohio home in 2002 and holding her hostage for nine months.
