THE shocking FULL STORY that first revealed PAULA DEEN’s racist slurs that the ENQUIRER first published startling the nation!

CELEBRITY chef Paula Deen has been caught in a shockingly insensitive racial scandal in which she admits to using the N-word and wanting black waiters to play the role of slaves at a wedding party she was planning.

What’s more, the Emmy-winning southern kitchen queen also confesses to her brother’s pornography, cocaine and booze addiction problems – and it’s all captured ON VIDEO.

Insiders say the bombshell revelations, which came out during a legal deposition, sent shockwaves through Deen’s $17 million culinary business and ultimately lead to the end of her contract with The Food Netgwork.

“The personal disclosures uncovered have stunned Paula’s family and could mark the collapse of her entire empire,” a source told The ENQUIRER.

Lawyers for the Georgia-born Deen tried to keep the explosive deposition away from the public. But The ENQUIRER has ripped the lid off the May 17 proceedings, during which the famous chef was grilled for three hours.

The popular TV star, restaurant owner and cookbook author was deposed as part of a discrimination lawsuit brought against her by one of her former restaurant managers, Lisa Jackson, who’s suing for a whopping $1.2 million.

During the devastating videotaped deposition, Jackson’s Atlanta-based attorney Matthew Billips asked Deen if she’s ever used the N-word, and the TV personality said: “Yes, of course.”

Deen, who once worked as a bank teller, gave examples of times she used the extremely offensive term. “When a black man burst into the bank I was working in and put a gun to my head,” she recalled, and also while recounting “a conversation between blacks.”

Asked her feelings about racial jokes, Deen candidly replied: “It’s just what they are – they’re jokes…most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks…I can’t determine what offends another person.”

In a startling admission, the 66-year-old star of “Paula’s Home Cooking” and other Food Network shows added that she wasn’t offended when members of her family, including her tugboat captain hubby Michael Groover, told jokes that contained the N-word, “because it’s my husband.”

In her lawsuit, Jackson recalled helping the celebrated chef plan the 2007 wedding of her younger brother and business partner Earl “Bubba” Hiers. She says Deen wanted “a true southern plantation-style wedding.”

Jackson claims in her court documents that she asked Deen what type of uniforms she wanted the servers to wear, and she says Deen answered: “Well, what I would really like is a bunch of little ******s (N-word) to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties…you know, in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around.”

During the deposition, Paula explained she got the concept for the “plantation wedding” from a southern restaurant where she and her husband had dined.

“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie,” she said. “I mean, it was really impressive.

“That restaurant represented a certain era in America…after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War…It was not only black men, it was black women…I would say they were slaves.”

The deposition also uncovered Deen’s surprising feelings about Bubba’s alleged behavior at Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House, a restaurant the two co-own in Savannah. Asked if his use of the N-word or watching pornography in the workplace caused her concerns about his operating the business, incredibly she responded: “No.”

Deen also confirmed Bubba had been to rehab for cocaine and alcohol addiction but claimed she’d been oblivious to his cocaine use.

The questioning turned to a manager who’d been fired because he had a relationship with an underage server, and Deen admitted she had referred to the young woman as “a piece of p****.”

Bubba gave a separate deposition that exposed even more shockers.

He even confessed to using the N-word in reference to President Barack Obama. He also admitted he’d gone to court-ordered rehab in 1986 for alcohol and cocaine addiction yet still denied ever having a booze problem.

Under intense grilling, Bubba revealed he watches pornography at home and on the job, saying sometimes it was the first thing he did when he got to work in the morning. He also confessed to once having stolen money from Paula.

Sources close to the Deen family say Paula and Bubba’s shocking public admissions could be the lynch pin that triggers the collapse of Paula Deen Enterprises, the TV chef ’s extraordinary empire. On Friday after theThe DENQUIRER exposed her racial slurs, Deen was let go from the Food Network.

“While Paula and Bubba did make some pretty damaging confessions in their depositions, what they admitted to only scratches the surface of what actually goes on in their daily lives,” the insider told The ENQUIRER.

“I’ve heard both of them spew disparaging comments about homosexuals, African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians and just about every other minority group you could name.

“And while they aren’t necessarily always making comments to be malicious toward those people, their language is hurtful and ignorant.

“Based on the shocking revelations that have been made throughout this legal battle, it’s no wonder Paula and Bubba fought to have some of the more damaging parts of the case sealed.”
