Back home, Tom Selleck is still reeling from a lawsuit, which accused the star of stealing water.
The lawsuit, obtained by The ENQUIRER, claimed Tom stole truckloads from a public hydrant and took it to his ranch in drought-stricken California.
The Calleguas Municipal Water District said a tanker filled up more than a dozen times and hauled water to the ranch where Tom grows avocados.
The district spent nearly $22,000 on a private investigator to document the alleged thefts.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department could not prove that a crime occurred, Capt. John Reilly said.
