Rising boxing star Frank Galarza styles himself as “the Brooklyn Rocky,” and he appears to have found his inspirational “Adrian” in the form of Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon!
The Hollywood bombshell — still a knockout at 69 — was spotted strolling arm-in-arm with the junior middleweight at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., Saturday, where they met with fellow boxer Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin, who lost his fight, but posted a happy Instagram image of Frank, Susan and actor Danny DeVito looking all chummy.
“Sarandon was all over the 30-year-old boxer,” according several on-site spies, who added that the couple looked “very cozy together.”
As The National ENQUIRER has previously reported, the “Dead Man Walking” actress is well-known for her penchant for (much) younger men, such as Jake Gyllenhaal, 34 — who played a boxer in his last movie, “Southpaw” — or even French actress Catherine Deneuve!
“This is at least the second time she’s been to a fight with Frank at Barclays,” said a source. “I don’t know if they’re dating, but … there’s something going on there.”
A rep for the “Bull Durham” star counter-punched, insisting, “Susan and Frank have been close friends for a while and work together on Youth Fighting Forward, Frank’s boxing program for underserved youth.”
The boxer’s camp also parried, insisting the athlete and the actress are “really good friends” who are “absolutely not” dating.
Still, his Instagram is loaded with photos of Susan and captions like, “Had an amazing night with Susan Sarandan #goodpeople #goodvibes”
Last year, the famous cougar told an interviewer: “When you are in love, the question of age, sex, color no longer hold any importance.”
