She’s spun to stardom on “Dancing with the Stars,” but now RUMER WILLIS is stumbling through a full-blown ego trip!
“Fame has gone to Rumer’s head,” a family friend told The National ENQUIRER.
“She went from D-list to A-list overnight, and needs to tone down her attitude!”
The 26-year-old oldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore was born into showbiz, but was often mocked for her unconventional looks while trying to start her own acting career.
Now Rumer is embracing fame with a vengeance!
“She’s scoring well on ‘DWTS,’ but Rumer isn’t earning any points with the family and pals who’ve stood by her,” said the former friend.
“Rumer went to a birthday party recently for someone she once worked with – but when she arrived and saw that no famous faces were there, she left because she had more ‘important’ things to do.”
She raised eyebrows again when she refused to make eye contact with guests at a charity event in Los Angeles – and huffed at having to wait in line for drinks.
What’s more, Rumer’s refused to help her mom, 52, hook up with the heartthrob brother of her dancing partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.
The source added her sisters haven’t gotten any better treatment: “Rumer refuses to use her connections to help Scout with her music career, and warned Tallulah not to ask for anything either.
“She even had the gall to say that Demi and Bruce are has-beens, and she’s the star in the family now!”
Now her forgotten friends can only hope that Rumer will get better at dealing with stardom.
“She’ll probably win this season of ‘DWTS.’ After that, she’ll hopefully come back down to earth!” said the source.
