With the world abuzz with the coming nups of PRINCE WILLIAM and KATE MIDDLETON, one thing the Royal Family is not keen to divulge are the secrets of the pre-nup agreement.

Or even admit they have one but as recent history has proven itself in the UK – all fairy tales end far from happily.

The prince is slated to wed his commoner longtime love April 29, but  divorce lawyers say the second-in-line to the British throne should sign a prenuptial agreement.

"It's an absolute statistical no-brainer that a prenuptial agreement would be highly beneficial in this case," top UK divorce lawyer James Stewart told AP

His firm Manches handled the multimillion split between Madonna and director Guy Ritchie.

Historically, Britain's royal family has been plagued by a string of failed marriages.

Three of Queen Elizabeth II's four children were been divorced, and William's uncle on his mother's side, Charles Spencer, has two ex-wives.

Prince Charles famously divorced Diana after their storybook wedding to wed his then- mistress and now wife Camilla.

Although prenups are fairly common in the US, in England, it's a rare legal maneuver.

UK courts only agreed to recognize such pre-marital deals only after a plethora of high-profile divorce awards gave London a well deserved rep as "divorce capital of the world."
