The Legally Blonde beauty scooped up the compound, which is often called The Libbey Ranch, back in 2008, when it was listed for $6.95 million.
The 7-acre, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom estate, which is fully equipped with horse stables, a swimmer’s pool and two guest houses, was built in 1923.
Reese and Jim were first spotted hanging out together at the picturesque country home back in March 2010, shortly after they began dating, celebrating her 34th birthday together.
Although Reese has been spotted visiting nearly every designer’s showroom from Los Angeles to Paris since her December engagement, spawning some serious speculation, she’s settled on red carpet fave Monique L’huillier.
Reportedly the couple will be keeping the wedding small — at least by Hollywood standards — inviting around 100 guests, and that "candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling."
Sources say Reese has been working closely with celebrity event planner Yifat Oren, who planned the nups for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.
