The Oscar winning lifestyle guru was at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women summit and addressed Martha Stewart's harsh critique of Paltrow and her website, GOOP.
As The ENQUIRER reported previously Martha, 73, slammed Gwyneth saying she should stick to acting.
At the panel, Paltrow pooh-poohed Martha, "No one has ever said anything bad about me before, so I'm shocked and devastated."
"I'll try to recover.
"If I'm really honest, I'm so psyched that she sees us as competition. I really am,” she gushed. "At this point in my life, I don't take it personally."
Yet, Gwynie just stole Martha’s former Omnimedia CEO Lisa Gersh Omnimedia to run her lifestyle brand.
