MILEY CYRUS has plunged into the depths of despair over the finality of her parents’ divorce AND her own love problems with fiance Liam Hemsworth – and friends fear for her health.
“She’s a total mess and things are getting worse by the day,” an insider told The ENQUIRER. “Miley is in a terrible state over the divorce, and that combined with her troubles with Liam has turned her into a wreck. She needs help, fast.”
Meanwhile, friends say Miley, 20, and her 13-year-old sister Noah are siding with their mom Tish over their dad Billy Ray in the bitter divorce.
“Miley wants both parents to be happy but she is more supportive of her mother,” revealed the insider. “Tish was always there for Billy Ray, but he was kind of a jerk and took her for granted over the years.”
Billy Ray filed for divorce from Tish in 2010 but months later dropped the action in hopes that they could fix their nearly 20-year marriage, which also produced son Braison, 19.
But on June 13, Tish filed for divorce in California, citing irreconcilable differences.
“Billy Ray went about his life and basically disregarded Tish,” said the source. “She got fed up and decided if she was going to be alone, she may as well make it legal.”
