Osama ‘Sam’ Lufti former Brit manager and pal wants a piece of the action. Lufti filed suit in LA yesterday claiming the Conservatorship aka Dada Jamie and the rest of the Spears clan dumped him as manager despite an alleged handshake text message deal he cut with the Brit winner.
Meanwhile in a preemptive strike a restraining order was filed by the Spears conservatorship against Lufti last week in a move to keep him from delivering his papers.
In papers filed yesterday at LA County Superior Court, Lutfi claimed 15 percent of Brit bucks from October 2007 to February 2008.
While barristers didn’t elucidate just how much Lufti is allegedly owed, he claimed Britney was making about $800,000 a month during that period.
Expect a counter suit soon.
