KEVIN SPACEY OUTED!

Oscar-winner Kevin Spacey was outed by “Watch What Happens: Live” host Andy Cohen in his new tell-all, The National ENQUIRER has learned.

“The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year” chronicles Andy’s daily life during 2013 – including his less-than-subtle musings about Kevin’s sexuality.

Andy, 46, writes in an entry dated Sept. 9, 2013, that he and his dad were at the U.S. Open men’s finals. “Kevin Spacey was in front of us with a face full of makeup and three male companions who were definitely NOT raising any questions.”

And, in the book, when openly gay star Neil Patrick Harris dropped by Andy’s show, Kevin is uncloseted again. “NPH and I talked about a lot of gay stuff, including debating Kevin Spacey; I still get enraged when I think about him talking about being in love with that woman on 60 Minutes. Come out, sir.”

While Kevin, 55, has adamantly refused to discuss his sexual orientation, he certainly has quite a history of reported bizarre same-sex encounters! The ENQUIRER published photos of Kevin playing naked “butt bongo” while partying with male pals off the Croatian coast in 2008. “While at a club there, Kevin – fueled by plenty of drinking – pulled down the pants of a male friend, proceeding to slap his buddy’s behind like it was a bongo drum,” a source whispered to The ENQUIRER.

“It was shocking to see Kevin publicly grope a man lying across his lap. It was Boys Gone Wild!”

The “Usual Suspects” star sparked a scandal in the UK when he claimed he was mugged about 4 a.m. in a park notorious for homosexual hookups. In 2000, Kevin was pap-snapped with a young male model he’d met in a restaurant and then driven to a Los Angeles park. They were seen sitting on a hill. An eyewitness said: “The young guy put his arms around Kevin and cuddled him.”

The “House of Cards” star was recently pigeonholed about the gay rumors. “Let’s let people live their lives and do it the way they want to do it,” Kevin responded. “All the chips will fall in the end, and we’ll all be judged by a much higher power.”
