SUPERMODEL Kate Moss hated her breasts so much when she was younger that she sobbed before nude photo shoots – until she met Johnny Depp.

“I hated my boobs more than anything as a teenager because I was flat-chested and I had a big mole on one,” Kate, now 38, recently told a reporter. “I’d do anything not to take my top off.

“I cried for years!”

British born Kate, who was once engaged to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, said that Depp helped her deal with her insecurities and forge ahead with a successful modeling career.

“I was lucky to be with Johnny at that stage,” she said. “He taught me a lot about fame. He told me, ‘Never complain, never explain.’”

According to sources, Johnny convinced Kate she was beautiful and that someday she would look back and realize that her body was perfect just the way it was. “Kate believed Johnny when he told her what she was doing was art,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “That’s why she never complained about taking off her clothes – she has him to thank for that.”

These days, Kate is happily married to British guitarist Jamie Hince of the band The Kills and has a 10-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, from a previous relationship.

AND the waifish model who made the term “heroin chic” popular is finally at peace with her looks.

“I am never going to be 18 again, when I could do shoots with no makeup, but it’s not as though I don’t want to have wrinkles,” she said.

“I think it’s important to have your own face that you live in.”
