Rep confirms that JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEHL have split up.
The high powered media couple who had been together 4 years had been the subject of bust-rup rumors earlier
"Addressing the media speculation regarding Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s relationship, we are confirming that they mutually have decided to part ways," the couple’s reps said jointly.
"The two remain friends and continue to hold the highest level of love and respect for each other."
Timberlake, 30, and Biel, 29, had been an item since January 2007.
JT, who shot to fame in the boy band ‘N Sync, received raves in the Oscar-winning film The Social Network.
He previously dated Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz and his Brit-split was the inspiration for JT’s tune "Cry Me a River."
Jessica , best known for her role on TV’s 7th Heaven is well on her way to major H’wood superstar appearing in such hits as The A-Team.
