Jesse Luken, an actor whose credits include a run on “Glee” as Bobby “Boom Boom” Surette, boom-boomed into a curb Christmas night in Glendale, California where police arrested him “under suspicion of DUI!”
According to Glendale Police, officers encountered Luken sitting on the side of the road in his car, its front right wheel “mangled” and tire flattened after a run in with the curb.
After “showing signs of intoxication” in a field-sobriety test, and refusing to take a breathalyzer test, cops booked Jesse and subjected him to a blood test.
Results of the blood test are not available yet, Dan Suttles with Glendale Police told The National ENQUIRER.

The actor was released on Wednesday, Dec. 26 from the Glendale City Jail and will be required to appear in court on a future date.
Luken’s run-in with Glendale authorities is just the latest in a series of shockers to befall cast-mates from the canceled Fox song-fest.
