There’s a whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on in the family of music legend Jerry Lee Lewis — he’s suing his own daughter and son-in-law!
According to Federal Court documents filed by the 81-year-old rock Hall of Famer, Lewis is claiming his daughter, Phoebe, and her husband, Ezekiel Loftin, conspired with others to rip him off of millions while she was his manager between 2000-2012.
He also charges her with other despicable acts against him — at home and on the road!
Lewis says his daughter purposely kept him on tour for years as his health was ailing, while at home in Mississippi he was living in squalor — and needed an oxygen mask just to breathe fresh air!

She is also accused of keeping him under her control by administering heavy doses of drugs to him.
Meanwhile, he claims the crafty couple spent his money lavishly on plastic surgery, luxury cars and homes in Texas, Tennessee and Virginia. He also cites their use of Facebook — with constant negative posts about him and other members of the family.
The rock legend had originally filed against Loftin for defrauding him of around $5 million, but has since added his daughter’s name as a defendant in the lawsuit.
He is also seeking to prohibit them from further profiting off of his name and likeness.
