Renner’s wife model model Sonni Pacheco filed for divorce on Dec. 5 in Los Angeles citing “irreconcilable differences”, court documents reveal.
She listed the date of the couple’s secret marriage as Jan. 13 and the date of separation as Nov. 29.
Pacheco, who is twenty years younger than Renner, 43, wants physical custody of the couple’s 1 1/2-year-old daughter Ava Berlin.
She also wants spousal support and reimbursement for moving expenses, the divorce filing stated.
Renner who shot to fame in “Zero Dark Thirty” and solidified his position as his hunky action star as bowman Hawkeye in “Marvel’s The Avenger” will be allowed joint legal custody and visitation rights, according to the filing.
RadarOnline reported that Pacheco cites a pre-nuptial agreement she claims to be fraudulent.
