Newlywed Jennifer Aniston is packing on pounds from fertility drugs – and is diving into a crash diet.

“Jen returned looking a little heavier than usual following her Bora Bora honeymoon with new hubby Justin Theroux,” a source close to Jen told The National ENQUIRER.

“It’s her last chance of trying to get pregnant. If she has to gain a few pounds to try and have a baby, she’s not going to let it stop her.”

Since returning to work on her new movie, “Mother’s Day,” Jen’s been on a strict diet and exercise regimen, said an insider. Her pledge: “No alcohol, no carbs, no processed food, no sugar.”

“She’s determined to lose 10 pounds in 10 days to look good for filming,” said the insider, adding the actress, 46, exists on veggies, fruits and lean meats.

“Jen stays away from starches and refined carbs because they can affect your body’s ability to process estrogen, which can cause bloating.”

While Jen’s eating healthier, she’d rather be eating for two, confided a source.

Added the insider: “She put on a little weight for her role in ‘Cake,’ so now she doesn’t have a problem with it, especially if it will give her and Justin the baby they’ve wanted for years.”
