Just a year after her emotional meltdown, JENNIE GARTH has turned her life around – with the love of an unemployed actor!
“She’s engaged, is planning a late summer wedding and wants to have more children,” an insider told The National ENQUIRER.
The new man in Jennie’s life is Dave Abrams, who brightened the “90210” star’s life by being around a lot more than ex-husband Peter Facinelli.
Dave’s only role in four years has been a small part on an episode of “2 Broke Girls” – while Peter spent his marriage to Jennie starring in a TV series and the “Twilight” films.
But Dave’s lack of acting gigs is fine with Jennie, who’s more interested in Dave working on adding to her family!
“She’s keeping her wedding plans under wraps for now, but it will likely happen before the end of the summer,” the insider said. “Then she ideally wants to have kids with her husband – but she’s equally prepared to adopt!”
The 43-year-old beauty has three daughters – Luca, 17, Lola, 12, and Fiona, 8 – with Peter.
They split in 2013 after a marriage of nearly 13 years.
Dave proposed to Jennie this April – and the bride-to-be has hinted that their nuptials will be held in 2015.
“It’s coming soon,” the actress teased in a May interview.
As The ENQUIRER reported in 2014, Jennie’s friends had been fearful over how she was still reeling from the breakup of her marriage to Peter.
Jennie has admitted the breakup left her in a state of crippling depression, and her pals confirmed she was “in severe turmoil” while partying like a woman half her age.
It also didn’t help that Peter had been settling into his new relationship with sexy “Thor” star Jaimie Alexander.
“But she’s really come a long way,” said the insider. “Jennie’s on top of the world!”
