INDIANA WANTS ERIK ESTRADA

description

Former TV CHiPS star Erik now has a badge to pummel baddies in real life!

Estrada was among those C-Listers on aborted reality program Armed & Famous where he and other fading celebs like LaToya Jackson trained to be reserve police officers in Indiana.

While the show failed, Erik’s excitement didn’t – he is now an official police officer in the Muncie PD.

Currently, "Ponch",60,  has been burning the midnight shifts three nights a week patrolling city streets from 11 PM to 7 AM to maintain his reserve status.

He also took target practice at the police gun range and plans to help at a weekend chairity event.

No word yet whether he’ll be patrolling the highway on his motorbike.

POP FYI: CHiPS ran from 1977-1983 on NBC for 183 eps.
