Heather Locklear — who The National ENQUIRER just last week reported had gone back into rehab — continued her downward spiral Sunday with an arrest after allegedly striking a police officer and an EMT!
Ventura County, Calif. deputies responding to a “disturbance” call at Locklear’s home twice on Sunday evening, at 6 and 11 P.M., where they reported finding the former “Melrose Place” stunner “extremely intoxicated.” Heather allegedly responded to deputies attempts to restrain her with swinging fists.
Ventura County Sheriff’s office spokesman Eric Buschow told RadarOnline that Locklear was so intoxicated that deputies “believed it would be best if we called an ambulance to check her out.” However, when EMTs arrived and “attempted to strap her to the gurney, she kicked one of the ambulance personnel.”
Once strapped in, she was taken into the hospital, deemed okay, and released into police custody, Buschow said, and was being held in Ventura County Jail pending a bail hearing. The boozing trainwreck was already out on bail from an earlier arrest.
She’s was released to rehab after that incident, according to Radar, but sprung herself after a two-day stay before showing up at home Sunday in a drunken state. Officials told Radar that Heather was released from custody Monday morning.
