FAMILY OUTRAGED BY JACKO DEATH DOC “NOT GUILTY” PLEA

LATEST: Dr. Conrad Murray pleads ‘not guilty" –  bail set at $75,000 after FINALLY being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson at age 50 June 25, 2009.

Dr. Murray, long suspected of being an enabler, is accused of acting "unlawfully and without malice" in causing Jackson’s death, according to prosecutors.

Murray acted ‘without the caution and circumspection required" when he administered, propofol, a powerful sedative to Jackson in an effort to help him sleep.

"We’ll make bail, we’ll plead not guilty and we’ll fight like hell,” Murrays lawyer Ed Chernoff said.

After reviewing toxicology findings, the Los Angeles county coroner ruled Jackson’s death a homicide “caused by acute intoxication of the powerful anesthetic propofol, with other sedatives a contributing factor.”

Deputy District Attorney David Walgren of the Major Crimes Division will prosecute the case.

Meanwhile the Jackson family is outraged at the "manslaughter" charge – saying it’s not severe enough. “Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan," an angry LaToya Jackson charged.
