COUNTRY superstar Dolly Parton is set to drop a gay bombshell!

Sources say Dolly – who’s been married for 47 years – is planning a secret “commitment” ceremony with her longtime rumored lesbian love, Judy Ogle.

Ironically, the “9 to 5” star recently announced plans to renew her wedding vows with reclusive hubby Carl Dean on their upcoming 50th anniversary.

But insiders tell The ENQUIRER that behind the scenes Dolly is arranging a spectacular surprise blowout for her “nuptials” with Judy, complete with a custom-made bridal gown for her bride, and their closest galpals as guests.

The women have been best friends since third grade, and while Dolly insists they’ve never been sexually intimate and has repeatedly denied that she is a lesbian, the “Jolene” singer has also admitted that the two share a bed when they travel together.

And after she and Judy survived a horrific car crash recently, Dolly – who turned 68 on Jan. 19 – decided to deepen their already strong bond, insiders say.

“Dolly is intent on solidifying her love for Judy in a semi-official ceremony,” revealed a close source.

“While Dolly can’t legally take Judy as her spouse since she’s still married to Carl, this ‘commitment’ ceremony will be the next best thing. It will take the spiritual bond they’ve shared since grade school to the next level.”

An insider added: “The car accident was a big wakeup call for Dolly. She was jolted into realizing that she came very close to losing Judy, and now she wants to make the most of the time they have left together.”

As The ENQUIRER reported, Dolly suffered a secret collapse after another vehicle ran a stop sign and slammed into Judy’s SUV while the women were headed to lunch in Nashville, Tenn., on Oct. 21.

A terrified Dolly feared Judy – who was trapped in the driver’s seat after her airbag failed to deploy – might die from internal bleeding right before her eyes. We reported an eyewitness as saying: “Dolly cried, ‘No! I love you – I can’t lose you!’”

Dolly was treated and released at a local hospital, but Judy’s injuries were more severe and she stayed for three days.

With Judy, 68, back on her feet after recuperating at Dolly’s plantation-style home outside of Nashville, “Dolly is planning the commitment ceremony,” said the close source. “She’s considering several venues, including tropical spots in the Caribbean or even the small home adjacent to her offices in Sevierville, Tenn.

“Her plantation house is probably out of the question, because that’s where she’s likely to renew her wedding vows with Carl in 2016.

“And since Judy has never been married, Dolly’s arranged to have a white couture wedding dress made for her to wear on their big day.”

Instead of reciting wedding vows,  Dolly – who’s had an astounding 41 top 10 country albums – and Judy will pour their hearts out about their feelings for each other as well as their favorite memories from their life together, said the source.

The ceremony will be conducted in the utmost privacy with just a handful of close lady friends as guests, added the source.

“Even though it will be a small affair, Dolly is sparing no expense,” said the source. “It will be a day of luxury and indulgence for Dolly and Judy and their guests.”

Dolly kicked off her Blue Smoke Tour in Rancho Mirage, Calif., on Jan. 24, which is slated to run through July 11 and include shows in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

“Dolly will likely plan her ceremony with Judy after the tour,” said the insider. “Late summer or early fall would be the perfect time.

“For Dolly, it’s not about the whole world knowing about her special relationship with Judy. This ceremony is meant to show Judy that Dolly cherishes her in every conceivable way.

“Dolly wants Judy to know beyond a doubt that she intends for them to be as close as two peas in a pod for the rest of their days.”
