Clint Eastwood has shelled out nearly $1 million on a home for his former mistress – even though he’s dating another woman, and still isn’t divorced!
The National ENQUIRER has learned Clint’s ex-squeeze, Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, and her son are living in a cozy $715,000 house in an upscale section of Sherman Oaks, Calif.
A close source told The ENQUIRER the situation will “surely infuriate” Clint’s current girlfriend, Christina Sandera, and escalate tensions with estranged wife Dina Ruiz.
“Clint is still battling Dina over his $375 million fortune, dragging his feet over settling their divorce,” said the source. “But he’s found the time to buy Erica a home. It’s outrageous!
“Dina found out about the house purchase and it’s like rubbing salt in a wound.”
In June, The ENQUIRER
reported that Erica, 43, and Christina, a former hostess at Clint’s Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel, Calif., were battling it out to be the 84-year-old “Dirty Harry” star’s new bride.
“The claws have come out,” we quoted a close source as saying, adding: “There’s a nasty fight going on over who will be the next Mrs. Clint
Eastwood.”
While there has been no marriage proposal, a top Hollywood source said Christina has trumped Erica for girlfriend status.
But whether it’s a parting gift or a show of friendship, Erica and her son Blake Holland, 22, are in a new home courtesy of Clint!
The two-bedroom 1950s-era home was sold in March and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac.
An ENQUIRER reporter found a truck there registered to Tehàma Golf Club, which Clint owns. A neighbor confirmed that Erica and her son live at the house.
The source added: “Clint obviously still has a soft spot for Erica if he’s willing to plunk down that much cash for a house for her.
“What’s more, I understand that her son, Blake, still works for Clint as a production assistant. That’s got to have Christina seeing red.”
To complicate things even further, 49-year-old Dina is still seeing Erica’s ex-husband Scott Fisher, according to another source. Scott, a 6-foot-6 silver fox, was Dina’s high school sweetheart.
The Eastwoods’ 17-year marriage disintegrated in October 2013 when Dina asked for custody of their daughter Morgan, 17. Clint fought paying spousal support and legal fees.
“Dina just wants to be free of Clint now,” said the source.
“She’s sick of the entire situation, and wants their divorce to be done.”
