A judge in Los Angeles just ruled that Mueller will maintain primary legal and physical custody despite a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction.
Despite appearing "unsteady on her feet" and "glassy eyed" Mueller was all smiles as she left the court house
Mueller said "No comment" when asked if she was pleased with the judge’s decision.
A source says that while Mueller undergoes drug treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility, her socialite mother will provide primary care for the boys.
