CARNIE WILSON is canned from hosting The NEWLYWED GAME, The ENQUIRER has learned.
A source at the GameShow Network told The ENQUIRER exclusively that while Carnie”s ratings were OK Jerry Springer’s new show Baggage "has blown them away".
The Springer show is said to be raising the bar for all GSN original programming, the insider revealed.
"Bottom line," the source added, "Carnie wasn’t cutting it."
It’s another setback for the former Wilson/Phillips bandmate and Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson‘s daughter.
A replacement for Wilson is expected to be announced shortly.
