TV wizard BILL NYE the SCIENCE GUY battles ex- GF for the sake of all that is holy.
Nye is embroiled in a court battle with ex-GF Blair Tindall over attorney fees stemming from an acrimonious six-year legal conflagration battle between them.
In 2006, Nye was granted a restraining order against Tindall after alleging she stole his laptop and then sent out nasty emails using his name.
The ex-lovers were back in court in 2009 when Nye claimed she violated the restraining order.
The judge told her to help him pay the $57,000 bill in legal fees.
Now, Nye has now filed new documents charging that Tindall has yet to pay back any of the money. Reportedly, he wants the court to enforce the previous ruling.
"I'm surprised he has taken this action against me,” Tindall said.
“He is a very wealthy man, so I'm not sure where this is coming from."
