Add yet another feud to Angelina Jolie‘s growing lists of celebrity feuds. First Jennifer Aniston and Chelsea Handler, and now, she’s totally snubbed music icon Celine Dion.
The singer allegedly asked Angie to play her in a biopic, but she turned down the role.
“For years now, Celine’s big passion has been a musical movie adaptation of her life, career and marriage to Rene [Angelil],” a source told Radar Online. “She wants this to happen for both her kids and her fans, and was dead-set on Angie landing the part.”
And now, Celine is p—ed off that Angie said no. “Celine considered Angie a good friend, and is devastated that she’s turning down the role,” the insider continued. “Their friendship surely won’t survive this, and after losing out on a leading lady of Angie’s level, this may be the end of the project altogether.”
The actress reportedly denied the opportunity because she’s too busy with her six kids, whom she often dresses in Celine’s gender-neutral clothing line CELINUNUNU. “Angelina puts her kids in these clothes because she likes the designs but also because she respects where Celine is coming from,” an insider explained.
At this point, there’s no respect coming from Celine’s end…
