Five years after the death of “Dirty Dancing” star Patrick Swayze, The National ENQUIRER has learned that his widow Lisa Niemi is struggling to defuse a bitter family feud.

But sources say she’s fanned the flames by threatening to sell the ranch where the actor’s ashes are scattered.

Lisa – who married wealthy jeweler Albert DePrisco in May – posted on her blog Sept. 14: “Today is the fifth anniversary of Patrick’s death. I keep thinking that I’ll pass these anniversaries with positive feelings, and flying colors, but it just hasn’t worked out that way.”

“Seems like I’m missing everyone this anniversary. And the feelings are tender, tearful, and achingly loving for all of them.”Despite her touching tribute, “Lisa only fueled more resentment, noting on her blog that she was leaving on a cruise with her new husband,” a close source told The ENQUIRER.

“She’s yet to resolve the family feud that’s erupted since Patrick’s death.”

Another source told The ENQUIRER: “Lisa has threatened that she plans to sell Patrick’s beloved New Mexico ranch, where his ashes are scattered. It’s been the place where his brothers could go to feel Patrick’s spirit – and after saying she would never sell, she’s considering it.”

The sources told The ENQUIRER that Patrick’s family is also still fuming over Lisa’s treatment of his late mother, Patsy, and younger brother, 52-year-old Sean Swayze.

As The ENQUIRER has reported, sources said Lisa booted Sean, a truck driver, out of the home that he and his family shared with Patsy, a former dance instructor and choreographer, in Simi Valley, Calif.

Patrick bought the home for his mother, who died of stroke complications on Sept. 16, 2013, at age 86.

Lisa had been married to Patrick for 34 years when he passed away in Sept. 2009 at age 57 after battling pancreatic cancer. She inherited his entire $40 million estate, including the Simi Valley house.

A source has told The ENQUIRER: “I think Lisa couldn’t wait for Patrick’s mother to die so she could kick them all to the curb. And
basically that’s just what happened.”

Lisa further infuriated his family when she wed.

“None of us (Swayzes) were invited to Lisa’s wedding,” Patrick’s other brother Don told The ENQUIRER. “We didn’t even know about the wedding until we read about it.”

Added a source: “If Lisa wants to make nice with the family, she’s got a long way to go.”
