Mariah Carey and her former manager Stella Bulochnikov (left) reached an agreement settling their explosive legal dispute, The National ENQUIRER has learned.

As we reported in April, Stella hit the pop diva with charges of sexual harassment — just six months after a former bodyguard claimed Mariah had groped him!

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bulochnikov agreed to “discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.”

Stella did, indeed, settle with Mariah and she is very pleased with the outcome,” a source close to the manager told RadarOnline.com. “She got everything that she wanted.”

When their three-year partnership ended in November 2017, Stella claimed that Mariah owed her millions in commissions.

She also said the flaky pop diva had violated their employment contract by abusing drugs and parading around naked in her presence.

Carey’s legal team fought back: counterclaiming that Bulochnikov never had an official contract and failed to deliver agreed-upon work.

Verifying the truth behind the incendiary claims appears to no longer be the job of the courts, thanks to this agreement.
