Bad boy rapper CHRIS BROWN collared by cops in Washington D.C. after a brawl broke out.

AP reported that District of Columbia police spokesman Paul Metcalf says 24-year-old Brown was arrested and charged with felony assault Sunday.

Chris Hollosy, 35, also was arrested on felony assault charges after the incident. Metcalf says both are being held in police custody until Monday.

Located blocks from The White House at the W Hotel, the alleged incident began in the wee hours of the night 4:30 a.m. Sunday

D.C. cops say one adult male victim who has not been ID-ed to media was injured and was reportedly taken to a hospital with injuries.

Brown served community service after he plead guilty in 2009 to the infamous beating of then-GF Rihanna before the Grammys and in 2012 was involved in an incident with rapper Drake at a New York hotspot WIP.
