NY cops collar CALVIN KLEIN’S former gay lover Nick Gruber with cocaine stashed in HIS Calvin Kleins on an assault rap for wailing on a guy named CALVIN.
Gruber, 22, a model and former gay porn star and ex-toy boy of fashion kingpin was charged with hiding cocaine in his underwear after police took him into custody after bloodying so-called pal Calvin Swint, 20 at his Greenwich Village penthouse.
After a doorman called cops to Gruber’s 666 Greenwich St. penthouse he flailed his arms to avoid getting cuffed, a source told the NY Daily News.
He was spotted shoving something in his pants which police say was a stash of cocaine in his underwear.
At Gruber’s criminal court arraignment the prosecutor said that he “did grab (Swint’s) genitals and did seem jealous of him”.
Gruber and Calvin Klein broke up four months ago writing finis to a May-December coupling that started in 2010.
Alleged vic Calvin Swint said he wasn’t pressing charges as Gruber seemed “lost” since his breakup with Calvin Klein.
Yet to be resolved — the cocaine cops say they found in the tighty whiteys.
