Jamie Grubbs, cocktail waitress, who openly admitted the affair hits the charts at Number two with a bullet. The one time “star” of VH1 Tool Academy is now a salesgirl in a medical marijuana dispensary in LA. Grubbs provided racy text messages from Tiger and photos of herself to media.
