As The ENQUIRER reported exclusively last week new documents prove beyond all shadow of a doubt that John Edwards IS indeed  the father of his mistress Rielle Hunter's love child.

The Enquirer, which first obtained the child support documents and published excerpts in its print edition last week, reports Edwards has now purchased a home Rielle and their daughter Francis Quinn but is still battling over monthly support payments.

The documents which details the additional child support payments of $17,000 Rielle was asking before she was to move in to the new home he bought for her.

In the new documents posted on RadarOnline.com, Hunter's attorney Frank Louis gives her extensive written advice about how to calculate her expenses for the child support battle versus Edwards.

Meanwhile in the looming apprehension of details of the alleged conspiracy and cover-up revealed in former loyalist Andrew Young's new book The Politician ethical questions are being raised whether Edwards engaged in witness tampering with 99 year old heiress Bunny Mellon after making mystery flight to her estate.

Newsweek magazine lauded the Enquirer's ongoing  investigation, naming The John Edwards Scandal one of it's top ten scandals of the decade.
