Police say that this is the psychopath who aimed his car at three officers in Phoenix, Ariz., early in the morning of Sept. 12, 2016 — and brutally ran them down in the parking lot! Marc LaQuon Payne, 44, is accused of attempted first-degree murder after ramming the three cops, one of whom was working his first night on the job!
As seen in this horrific video, the three officers were standing outside the door of a local QuikTrip convenience store when the driver pulled into the parking lot. A police report said that Payne had first sat in his car for several minutes with the headlights off before hitting the gas and slamming into two of the cops.

The third officer used a stun gun to restrain Payne. "It looks like one just missed being squished between the police car and the suspect's car," said Phoenix police Sgt. Jonathan Howard. "It looks like one of them was actually run over by the car, and then the third officer was propelled as high as the car before he came to rest." Miraculously, the two officers hit by the car survived the savage attack with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
