[WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES] The following video captures the final moments of Loreal Tsingine — a Navajo woman who attacked Office Austin Shipley in Arizona with scissors after resisting arrest! The troubling footage was released by the Winslow Police Department after Shipley was ruled to be justified in killing the maniacal 27-year-old.
The video has no audio, but witnesses backed up Shipley's claim that he told the woman to stop resisting — and the footage continues to run with audio of a distraught Shipley in the bloody aftermath. The officer was responding to a shoplifting call, with the camera capturing Tsingine struggling in a convenience store parking lot.

Tsingnine had a long arrest record, including an incident last year when the woman attempted to grab the gun of a police officer. Native American activists protested her death with "Justice for Loreal" signs after the shooting. Her family has filed a $10.5 million lawsuit against the city.
