BRITNEY SPEARS fished a valet parking ticket out of her wallet as she exited a BevHills restaurant - and accidentally dumped a shower of change. When the attendant delivered her car, she paid the parking fee, then waved vaguely at the pile of coins scattered on the pavement and basically told him: There's your tip, buddy! "I'm sure there's a lot of money over there, but I just don't have time to pick it up," Brit giggled, then roared off. Stunned, the valet shrugged - and scraped about five buck$$ off the ground.
