Just heard arrogant bully Russell “Scary” Crowe terrorized Spago staff at the pre-Oscar bash for “A Beautiful Mind” — ranting that he wanted special food not on the menu, and delivering such vicious insults to male waiters that management sent over females! The Lizard of Oz kept repeating his favorite mantra — “Don’t you know who I AM!” — and finally reduced TWO waitresses to tears! Said one: “He used to be my favorite actor . . . I HATE him!” And when Crowe-Magnon stepped into the men’s room, it was so packed — Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Miramax staffers, etc. — that the only available urinal was the low-built one for youngsters. Sneered Crowe: “Who’s this for, %$#@ Danny DeVito?”
