Kelsey Grammer ended up half-strangled in Ireland, where he’s playing George Washington in an A&E biopic. During a break, Kelsey — in a long flowing cape he wears in the flick — hopped on a moped and putted off for a spin, but his cape suddenly tangled in the rear spokes and yanked him off the machine. Slammed to the ground, Kelsey gasped and choked as the moped’s spinning wheel jerked the cape tight around his throat! He finally clawed it off, left the moped where it fell and trudged back to the set, tattered and bruised!
