HOMELESS HOLLYWOOD, PART 2:
Hot on the heels of our scoop last week about MADONNA reaching out to homeless brother ANTHONY CICCONE – who lives under a bridge and blames his “multibazillionaire” Material Sis for every woe that’s befallen him – comes this shocker: A homeless, belligerent bum wandering LA’s downtown mean streets sports a T-shirt that boasts: “I’m DREW BARRYMORE’s brother” – and he actually IS the star’s long-estranged half brother, JOHN BARRYMORE III, son of another Hollywood homeless drunk, actor JOHN DREW BARRYMORE JR., who died in 2004.
Said a Barrymore friend: “Drew’s half brother has been homeless on and off for a while. I gave him a place in my house for a year, but he screwed it up and I asked him to move out.
"Then, weeks ago, John’s mother told me he was still homeless, so I let him sleep in my guest house.
"But after he became enraged and belligerent, I again told him to get out.
"Drew does nothing to help John, but I don’t blame Drew.”
NOTE: Even though Drew’s dad John deserted her and mom JAID BARRYMORE when she was just a child, the bighearted star kicked in a reported $74,000 annually to keep the mean-spirited, drink-addled bum afloat in his final years.
