Furious JULIA ROBERTS shrieked: “Will somebody turn off that &%$# car alarm!” as she charged out of her SoCal home at 4:45 in the morning – fashionably attired in a flannel robe and plastic cap – after a car alarm woke up the “Charlie Wilson’s War” star and her three kids.
The Oscar winner got right in the face of the stunned car owner, who stammered profuse apologies – and theorized he might have a short in his alarm system. “I don’t care what’s wrong with it, just make it stop NOW!” ordered Julia – and she marched back inside in her night slippers. Moments later, the racket stopped, but the embarrassed guy was so terrified the alarm might start blasting again he parked the car blocks away, out of Pretty Woman’s earshot.
