After a brief interlude, legal war has resumed over the JOHN EDWARDS and his mistress RIELLE HUNTER‘s sex tape.
The third participant in this horizontal war of legal possession is former loyalist ANDREW YOUNG who says he recovered and restored the VHS tape to view-ability.
According to multiple sources, the salacious encounter has "Johnny Reid "servicing the visibly pregnant Rielle orally and the former disgraced Senator is clearly visible in the XXX rated footage.
A hearing is scheduled today as Rielle sues Young in a Hillsborough, NC court to reclaim the video she says she made. She claims the box containing the damning tape was taken without permission by Young.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported Judge Carl Fox said in July he would subpoena Edwards to deliver testimony in a deposition if the former senator didn’t comply willingly.
Meanwhile, Edwards is STILL facing the conclusion of an ongoing federal probe into possible misuse of Presidential campaign funds to fund the love child cover-up.
Andrew Young’s attorney Robert Elliot is "not in favor of gag orders" regarding the showing of the tape in court.
"People are talking about this case," Elliot said. "We ask that everything having to do with the facts of this case be public." But "they talk about it at their peril.
"What they say could come back to haunt them."
