Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, visiting a friend at the Turnberry Hotel and Resort in Aventura Florida, were approached by a woman who claimed that Bobby was having an affair with one of her friends.
Whitney and her daughter Bobbi Kristina were waiting for Bobby in their car, when a blond woman — a member of the resort — came up to the passenger window and tapped on the window.
When the window was rolled down, the woman told Whitney, “You need to be careful. I don’t know how you want to handle this, but your husband is having an affair with one of my friends.”
Whitney, staying calm, told the stranger, “Just a minute, I want to discuss this – I want you to repeat this to my husband.”
Whitney led the woman to the poolside bar where hubby Bobby was sitting, but the woman became flustered. “I am just nervous because I am talking to very important people, ” she told Whitney. Then, the woman started to cry, put her face on the table and covered her head with her hands. Bobby assured Whitney that the woman was “crazy,” and proceeded to ask her, “What are you talking about? Why won’t you show your face?” Bobby then reportedly poured a bottle of beer over the unidentified woman’s head before leaving the resort.
According to Whitney’s lawyer and publicist, the woman is being investigated by the resort, and her membership is under review.
