LEANN RIMES A ‘SPOILED PERSON,’ SAYS STEPMOM

description

There’s no end in sight to the battle between LeAnn Rimes and her dad/former manager, Wilbur Rimes. LeAnn’s stepmom, Catherine Dickenson Rimes, has released taped phone calls between the star and the star’s father to show that the 18-year-old is a “spoiled person.”

LeAnn’s comments during the conversations conflict with public statements she has made about her recent Curb Records album, I Need You. LeAnn has said publicly that the album was made without her creative output, yet she can clearly be heard on tape telling her father that the “album sounds amazing.”

LeAnn also discusses on tape her plan to cry in front of the judge so he’d void her contract with Curb. Didn’t work.

According to Launch.com, Catherine told a Nashville newspaper that she’s coming forward now because she wants both sides of the story to be heard — not just LeAnn’s.

“She’s 18 now, so it’s time to address some of these issues. The picture [these tapes] paint is of a manipulative and very demanding spoiled person, someone who is very used to getting her way.”
